1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Venuos platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Venuos provides a cloud-based restaurant and venue management platform including, but not limited to, point of sale, booking management, online ordering, kitchen display systems, staff management, loyalty programs, and venue website hosting. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
3. Account Registration
You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
5. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership over any content you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You may export your data at any time.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or any systems or networks connected to the Service.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination, during which time you may export your data. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venuos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
